Arlington man charged with soliciting teen on Internet
http://www.insidenova.com/news/crime_police/arlington-man-charged-with-soliciting-teen-on-internet/article_75b01506-1c22-11e3-a8c8-001a4bcf887a.html

Manassas police have charged a 40-year-old Arlington man with using the Internet to solicit sex with a minor.

Kevin Michael Krufky, 40, of the 4100 block of 33rd Street, was arrested Wednesday, said city police spokesman Lowell Nevill.

Police said the incident occurred on Aug. 23 and involved a Manassas teen.

His arrest was part of “an ongoing investigation of crimes reported to Manassas city police earlier this month.”

Krufky, Nevill said, was arrested with assistance of the NOVA/DC ICAC Task Force and Arlington County police.

He is/was some kind spokesman for Alcatel Lucent, not for much longer if at all, in all likelihood.

Hope has some survival skills or he's going to learn a great deal about molestation VERY quickly.

Maybe we should let the court decide if he's guilty before we hang someone. Innocent until proven guilty is something many people believe in until they are accused of a crime themselves.

what does alcatel / lucent (cp, made in the usa) have to do with this ?

how do i know cops didn't entice him entrap him ?

cops have a history of lying to people, enticing them that what they think might be wrong isn't really going to happen, then cuffing the person saying they knew the situation was real

screw that. who did he screw ?

if the answer is no one (yet), screw you all

yea the article above says absolutely dick. no charge.

a charge is when you can cite a specific act. the article only says what code the prosecutor wishes for. not anything in particular the guy did wrong.

until then i'm assuming: he has money and they are falsely prosecuting him to steal his stuff. and they caused the problem they are proseucting as well.

------------------------------
if he called an x he'd be charged with violence. if a teen begged him for sex and rubbed his dick till he caved in: he'd be charged with rape. (in past law the girl would be indicated for improper tempation, btw)

who cares what prosecutors want the charge to be.

what the hell did he do wrong does anybody know ?

why is important: his life has just been burned and they are stealing his shit

that's why

don't think so? look at all the reports from guys who barely made it out alive to report government stalking them after such an event

according to law: parents are still responsible to prevent teens from being in the situation to being with

unless you all present new legislation to remove all adults off the internet. kinda like intermediate school idea.

BUT YOU HAVEN'T. so why was the kid on the internet did you say ?

Nope. Late teen was playing online and lied about her age. Charges dropped, record expunged, and defaming an attorney is probably nobody's best bet.

Is there any citation to public records or a news story indicating the charges were dropped? When did this happen?

What a horrible situation for him if what you assert is true.

I know someone who knows the guy, and it's absolutely true. How frequently does the media follow-up the easy/gossipy/click-worthy article with one setting the record straight? Hell, in this case the media never even tried contacting the guy before essentially re-printing the police department press release. And how often do police departments announce they are dropping charges against someone after having done the perp-walk? Not often. I don't know if there's any record about expungements to be honest. I suspect that since the entire point of an expungement is to eliminate any record evidence that an arrest was made, a public record showing the arrest was expunged would defeat the purpose. If this was Europe the Internet would be expunged too, but...

So the cops go on line all the time and pretend to be teenies in order to entrap guys into meeting up with them but if an older teen pretends to be a younger teen the guy is all good? Sounds to me like Kevin "Katfish" Krufky is 100% guilty of attempting to get it on with a minor.

Are you saying that the teen was under aged but lied about being an adult? I don't see that at all from the limited amount of information in the post above, "late teen" indicates to me 18-19. So my assumption remains that the teen pretended to be younger than her actual age and that you wanted to sink your teeth into some jailbait.

Why are you so angry and bitter? Wait...do you live with your parents?

All I'm saying is the police dropped the charges and the court wiped away all records. That's pretty meaningful to me. I happened to come across the guy's linkedin and took a look to see if anyone wrote an updated story. All I saw was this little treasure of a site and decided to do an update myself. I regret it already, so I'm sure you're proud. I have better things to do than trade messages with a troll.

Anyway, moral of the story is its easy to re-print a police dept press release. It's apparently very hard to actually have a clue. Bye bye

alcatel lucent is a foreign owned company - by the axis not the allies

they transfer data in the USA to germany or france (it's called a "tee" in telco's, or "being dup'ed") like canada did with the blueberry phone (they were in fact caught) (or was it the blackberry?). did clinton stop it? no.

usa business may have decided to allow foreing telecom in the usa so they could compete abroad - i doubt it

Alcatel, Lucent, Novell should not be allowed in DC, MD, NVA or near any military base: only ma bell and NY owned / run part of Verizon (previously Bell)

on the internet these foreign sock puppets are claiming America / NYC sold them Ma Bell north and south

and speaking of north and south there's no fuckign way my conversations are up for review by european parliaments

you know what north and south make:

a dispute that can lead to war

get off my gov's / military's phone exchanges you foreign sacks of shit

(point: if europe is claiming they own all of usa telcom on wikipedia: then i doubt the usa military, congress, or telcos ever allowed the thing to occur. infact it WAS against the law and i know: still is)

you see you cant trust individuals (or expect them) to be industrious on their own

you can't trust government especially not parliaments to be

you can only trust adam smiths hand of greed and freedom (with sparing regulation) or chinese top town gov with chinese way industrious attitude (to use gov for making things rather than to spend and break things)

------------------------
anyway an attempt to control the USA's telecom on a foreign continent, listen in, use that information for:

(1) misinforming the public on monolgue news sites that allow one way communication only: gov news to the public

(2) using the news and banking fraud to create gov grants (counterfeiting) for use in europe and abroad

that's getting close to an act of war what they are getting into

i like them enough to warn them strictly: usa law is that foreign countries cannot "service our switches", do not own our ma Bell installed copper or our USA satellites (or data from)

get the fuck out. your not simply shape shifting banking data using media and top down control of public speech you monitor from europe

that would be a reason and cause for war

there was and is a long history of "monitors" on the internet kicking anyone off of any site (except a few like ffu) that had any opinion that was not "the gov view, the party line, what pleased the parliament". news offered as a monologue with deleted posts if they are contrary. refusals by police to offer information and media bending a knee (if not in CONTROL of it). forums (like international news groups) removed from the internet and before that hotly montitored. software fixes deleted and viruses accepted.

that has no place here in the USA

keep that shit in europe that's what made you poor in teh 80's and the only reason you could look for the "god particles" is sucking off usa grant money

got it?

i don't damn care if you do

my opinion is freedom to speak about abusers is exactly what freedom of speech was called upon to most do

those who hire monitors to speak in monologues and cover up government abuse: obviously facists who need to be in jail

---------------------------
with sites like ffu your crime wont work

and if there wasn't i'd be putting one on my credit cards and slapping it into the telephone company lines myself - with or without permission with or wihtout anyone in my way

Police in Virginia say the telecom executive was using the Internet 'to solicit a minor.' | REUTERS

Lobbyist faces sex solicitation charge
By BROOKS BOLIEK 09/19/13 03:44 PM EDT Updated 09/19/13 04:16 PM EDT
A top D.C. lobbyist for Alcatel-Lucent, a major supplier of telecommunications equipment, was arrested for soliciting sex from a minor using the Internet, according to police.
Kevin Michael Krufky, 40, of Arlington, Va., was charged with a felony by Manassas, Va., police “for using a communications system to solicit a minor for sexual activity” on Sept. 11, according to the arrest report. The alleged contact took place on or around Aug. 23, the report states.
Story Continued Below
He is listed as the company’s vice president of public affairs on Senate lobbying reports. In July, Krufky lobbied senior aides to acting FCC Chairwoman Mignon Clyburn and Commissioners Jessica Rosenworcel and Ajit Pai on ConnectED — President Barack Obama’s plan to revamp the nation’s education technology program, according to FCC documents.

“We are obviously shocked by this matter and take the arrest of this employee and the allegations made against him very seriously. Alcatel-Lucent expects the highest standards of personal conduct of its employees,” company spokesman Kurt Steinert told POLITICO. “The company will cooperate with the police and judicial authorities on this matter in the event that our assistance is sought.”
The company said Thursday that Krufky has resigned.
Calls and emails to Krufky went unreturned.

police did not say who the teen is

nor if the teen entice him into doing it by lying and by pussy tricks

it's ILLEGAL for police to entice crime by persuasion in the USA

ILLEGAL

one reason is because police lie about what they did or didn't say or do to entice the crime

----------------------

speaking of crime what crime? no crime was committed. while it is a crime to plan a bank robbery and be caught

planning to fuck a teen ... which one can back out of (or slip out of) is NOT A CRIME

planning a bank robbery is a crime BEFORE the act of crime for many reasons which is an adjustment to the law

planning a murder is questionably a crime because: one can choose not to commit it and never commit it

thinking about crime is not a crime - it can be proven many do it - and that by thinking about it is when they are given "moral opportunity" to refuse to do it

----------------------
planning to hire a hitman to kill your wife: not a crime

hiring a hitman to kill your wife: a crime

there's a BIG difference, and they cut the line at where $$$ is exchanged - i beleive they even give "back out" opportunity at times after that

i beleive they have police operating as hit men just because they know wives look for them and or detect a wife is looking for one

soliciting sex with a teen online

a civil offense of "bad behavior" and called "improperly influencing a minor" (maybe) but NOT "carnal knowlege"

also in the 1980's people had no respect for teen sluts asking to be fucked or getting pregant early

AND YOU shouldn't give teen sluts any notice either: they're sluts, there should be no law protecting sluts

the government is not your mommy

(maybe)

it appears the TEEN solicited sex with the man - possibly initiating it

there is no law against a male who successfully argues he did not undo the zipper that she had

a male is not expected refuse all female advances of women in all situations, because of an inheirent weakness (which possibly police are using to attack the public with)

that infact is Commonwealth law, temptresses have no rights of claiming being a temptress should have no effect. Oppositely the law shows quite clearly that a temptress is more at fault

back to business appearently the minor was educating the man about sex not the other way around

if that is so: then the man also did not "improperly influence the minor" at which point there also IS NO CIVIL CHARGE either

lastly, the internet is a place of fraud lies jokes AND COMPLETELY SUPPORTS ABILITY for attackers to set another person up with fake internet "spoofing" to make it appear someone sent messages they did not

infact police (ie, in FL) have been caught prosecuting a person with "baked" internet evidence

today's internet isn't worth spitting on: IT IS NOT EVIDENCE IN COURT NO WAY NO HOW

let's re-examine "sex with minor"

that isn't the entirety of the law. the law is legally owed to be simple short and legible for any to understand. judges extrapolate the law, apply it to millions of various situations. specific laws "blogging specifics in lawbooks" is actually ILLEGAL becasue it makes law illegible and impossible for any reasonble person to know. "scotts law is illegal" (allot of prattle or dailing blogging), illegal in ancient Rome but also today.

in the law "joking but pinch", "physical contact", "forplay", oral sex, and penetration are entirely different as to pentaly. crime (IS) should be limited to blood spilled or brutality or marked persuation / abuse (of a teen in fear).

----------------------

you cannot convict a person of sex with a minor unless there is penetration in the pussy: where which she could become pregnat and be a problem for the family who still legally she is a dependant of

the government, even a judge, is NOT ALLOWED to view pictures of child / tenn penetration (unless required to see for NON-SEXUAL evidences)

the government and judges are NOT ALLOWED to allow a teen to have penetration for "a sting"

==================

it is impossible to have a legitimate situation where the gov is accusing a man of "a sexual situation with a teen" where the teen is employed by the gov

because doing so is illegal for the government to do in the first place

i personally have been in bed nude with a person i could be questioned as not being allowed to be with (though i could have argued on equal proportions it was not true)

and got up out of the bed without having touched the woman

==================

NO CRIME ACTED UPON, NO cRIMINAL CHARGE

i'm here to say: bullshit, no gov grant for porn art, no gov sex classes at any public funded school, no stings involving enticement, no, no, no

fairfaxdemocrats are in arlington. they are the ones running such jobs. they'd love to all hire their teens to be "gov agenents" stalking white boys for a police take town

and a great part of old Roman law was preventing law from being abuse: which is why planning a crime is not a crime and enticing a crime is illegal for government to be doing

I've watched enough episodes of To Catch a Predator to know that somewhere during their communications the teen would have to CLEARLY state her age as under 18 in order for the Soliciting a Minor charge to stick. And there would have to be some conversation about having sex.

It's kind of a weird charge because no actual sex has to take place for the charges to be placed. It's more about intent. At least that's how it in on the TV show.

i personally was a target of democrats doing a totally different kind of sting

my say is: i was shown a phony piece of paper and phony circumstances leading to a quite acceptable error - esp since i'd just arrived and was dizzy from an illness as usual when arriving in hurry

i found out my "provided lawyer" wished to plea me guilty despite i had a perfect excuse of not guilty

i then learned my lawyer was often employed and even EN-DEBTED to the county ... that his lack of loyalty was paid for, that pleading me guilty was terms of his being hired by the county

--------------------

to my horror when i got to court i found a long line of ALL WHITE men and who'd reported similar situations

these stings occured by DC democrats in fx running "stings" on "whites" ... not on their prise green card mexians btw

----------

democrats in fx co gov were aware of it, aiding and abedding this horrendous use of the courts for $$$ and for "take downs" (if you are lower I am higher ... is the phrase fx co gov workers had used when referring to use of gov to ruin a citizens life to keep gov pay high: they used the phrase often in fx)

There's an arrest report or criminal complaint at the City of Manassas site. Some articles have links to the report. You need an account to retrieve it.

***WARNING***WARNING***WARNING***

Krufky, hated by Mormons, will spend a long time in the spirit prison being forced to listen to the Osmond Brothers.

Except Krufky was innocent in 2013, and still is, which is why no one is writing about the false arrest except you. The financial settlement he received is confidential.

Krufky left Alcatel when he was arrested, he hasn't gone back. Odd.

He must have been innocent, or he'd be locked up (unlike Einuis or Pilon). It looks like he's practicing law in Greenbelt, MD, hardly a hotspot of legal activity.

I wonder what really happened?

The person posting this garbage is Michael McMenamin. That's right, the same douche who ran for Arlington County Board recently, and was humiliated by not even getting 20% of the vote. Apparently, Krufky had him (and several of his colleagues) fired from Alcatel-Lucent, because McMenamin was a weak link.

I find it amazing that in 2015 trolls who love to write nonsense online still haven't stopped to read for a change. If you had, you'd realize that trolls are getting sued for defamation every day all over the country. It's very simple. File a lawsuit against John Doe, subpoena the website operator and presto: website operator turns over IP address (aka identifying information). And since you geniuses aren't geniuses, and the overwhelming odds are those IP addresses ultimately lead right back to your computers, cell phones, etc, you have zero privacy here.

I checked - this Krufky is still licensed to practice law, which means whatever charge was filed against him has definitely been dropped (you don't keep a law license in the face of a charge like that unless the charges are dropped or you're found not guilty) What kind of a complete moron defames a lawyer on the Internet?!

Arlington man was charged with soliciting a minor for sexual activity through a communication system, according to Manassas City police.

Kevin Michael Krufky, 40, was arrested Wednesday for attempting to solicit a Manassas teenager to participate in a sexual activity sometime around Aug. 23.

The arrest was made by the Manassas City police with the assistance of the NOVA/D.C. ICAS Task Force and the Arlington County police. The arrest was part of an ongoing investigation of crimes reported by Manassas City police earlier this month.

Police executed a search warrant at Krufky’s residence in the 4100 block of 33rd Street S., Arlington.

Krufky is being held on a $25,000 bond and is set to appear in the Prince William County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

as far as i ACLU know,

the supreme court is TOTALLY, %100 APPOINTED BY LIBERALS,

ACLU is funded by liberal and allowed on campuses (i'd kick them out)

all they do is accept hack jobs (taking the side of government) which give them chits for later getting a government job

that's all they do: take sides with the gov's point of view, and that does effect and is their motivation
