underage drinking

I just thought it was my duty as a citizen of Fairfax County to bring up a disturbing subject. TEENS IN FAIRFAX ARE DRINKING AND DRIVING I know shocker right? I just seen a foreign middle eastern looking male back his car into another mans car worst of all after his dad came and saved his ass this young boy went to the sidewalk and started throwing up. He joked about being wasted this is ridiculous i know the man lives in battery ridge for sure but do not know more details than that. This has got to stop worst of all the young man was driving without a license only a permit.

well maybe instead of talking trash on this site if you volunteered then kids would know not to do this kind of thing
