They already have it ripped up along 7 btwn Spring Hill and the plaza by Marshall's, and it looked like parts of that service road were closed off over the weekend. It was *majorly* slow going thru there on Saturday, even though traffic was pretty normal. Just wait until the holiday shopping season starts, it's going to be absolutely crazier than it usually is, if that's even possible. And this is just the start of it. We'll already have been through another presidential election before this thing opens!
