What is happening with the shopping center where Giant use to be? Does anyone know if there are plans to fill all of the empty shops? Who owns that area and why can't they fill the space....taxes?

Taxes are outrageous to have a buisness in the city. There is so much commercial space for sale and lease it is crazy. Go to the city website and it even post for the commerical real estate market. I think the entire shopping strip is up for lease.

Please put a Starbucks there. If you put it there, they will come.

The closet one is at the TJMaxx Shopping Center or the one at PanAM shopping center. Plus, it'll bring in customers for other businesses.

The cashier at the Dollar Store told me that the rent is too high. HOneybaked Ham, ABC Store, etc. all relocated.
