New restaurant/bar in old Bridges location?

Noticed big banner at old Bridges location in Fairfax city. Ain't the bar business kind of slow these days in the fairfax city area? Enough business to go around for bars that already exist? What happened to co-owner who tried to burn down Bridges? I guess the owners of Mosby building is so desperate for renters will give another bar a chance?
