It is a SAFETY inspection. Maybe you should have a safe car on the streets so the rest of us don't have to deal with your shitty ass brakes rear ending us.

So why are there so many cars with VA plates and safety stickers affixed to windshields on the local roads with one or more burnt out tail lights in Northern Virginia when safety inpections are required annually?
