So, where can a vulgar PRE-vert like me (who does terrible PRE-vert things) go for music, booze, and throngs of scantily-clad girls wearing cat ears and angel wings?

Look for Halloween Custom parties at any of the local bars. The hotties will out in force wearing all sorts of sexy skin tight cat and nurse outfits.

O'meara's in Manassas always has a great halloween party with lots of 20 something chicks. Go there.
