how much car tax do i need to pay for a car that sell price is $2,200 dollars. and what happens if i dont pay it

It's the State Sales tax that is based on the sales price....you can't get license plates without paying it.

The County "car tax" is based on the car's value....you can't renew your license plates if you don't pay it.
