Anyone who was there could easily call the police and give up the names of those kids anonymously. They are really tough when they have 20 of their friends backing them up... I guarantee they are all cowards, and wouldn't dare cross a street unless one of their buddies was there to tell them it was ok and hold their hand.

Though it looked like one, it wasn't the right time or place for a gang jump in. This was a party and it seemed a little spontaneous to me.

The girls could have been with the guy in the beginning, or just been friends or sympathetic. It's in female nature to come offer help after accidents or injuries.

I doubt it's a gang thing.

Yeah most of that gang shit takes place in a basement, shack, more secluded areas and usually there aren't blonde girls around recording with their cell.

The clothing and other "fashion" of these kids doesn't indicate gang related at all. Not to mention the black kid with the dreads wouldn't be welcome in a hispanic gang and a few of the other guys look "whitish" or maybe middle Eastern, who also most likely wouldn't be welcome.

Probably some stupid HS kids "beefing" over a girl or something even less important.

The most disturbing part of all this is the little teeny boppers recording this mess instead of helping. Just like when the homeless man fell on the train tracks in NYC...all these living zombies wanted to record it with phones for their awesome social media fix, instead of actualy attempting to get help or stop the train, call 911 ANYTHING...first reacion was to record a tragic mess.

PS - This kid probably did something stupid that might have also been illegal which is why he isn't calling the cops. There's obviously drinking under age in the video (pouring whiskey on the kid) Could have stole some beer or a joint from somoene which caused the beating. Better to leave it alone at that rate I say.

I never said he should turn them in, I was talking about one of the people who were there... and they can do it anonymously. And if this was a so called "gang initiation", then they all deserve to get their asses beat. Gang life is usually lived out of necessity not because some bored kids from the suburbs think it sounds cool and probably looked up on the internet what it was they even had to do to form a gang. Yes you are correct that the assholes can be reported anonymously to the police. I beleieve they can even recieve a reward for providing information. Hopefully, people are doing it. I imagine that the parents or those assholes are shitting their pants after seeing the video online...
