Panhandlers at Fair Lakes Walmart and Fairfax Town Center
Posted by: mpETF ()
Date: July 31, 2013 06:42PM

A few days ago I saw a family, looked to be Middle Eastern, at the entrance to the Walmart parking lot, holding a sign asking for money from people driving by. I just got back from Fairfax Town Center and there was a different couple (with a kid), look Middle Eastern or something, with a similar sign asking for money, jobless, etc.

It seems odd to hold a sign up like that by the highway, where people are driving by. It would be more effective near the store. I guess they don't want to get told to leave. Anyway, it is odd to see this in Fairfax anyway. Next time I will probably stop and speak to them and see what happened. I guess the economy is still rough for some people right now.

Gypsies.

Search this site, there was at least a thread or two about them.

Don't be so sympathetic also.

I saw the same woman and two kids at Fair City Mall and Chantilly Costco. There was a van going around the parking lot letting out the beggar teams in small groups.

I guess this is illegal. Rust Road is the Fairfax Walmart....

July 13 - Unlawful Begging Arrest: At 4:06 p.m., an officer observed a female subject accompanied by a child holding a sign and asking for money for food and rent and accepting cash from passers-by at the intersection of Rust Road and Lee Highway. A 28-year-old Riverdale, Md. resident was charged with unlawful begging and released on a summons.

Their favorite spot is at the corner of piney branch road and price club plaza. They sit their right under the trees with a sign, generally have 1 or 2 kids with them. One time they had a baby and the woman was breastfeeding while the guy held the sign.

I've seen the cops roll up on them a couple of times. I even called the cops on them once. We don't need that crap in this area.

What's really funny is how these gypsies will give the babies alcohol or strong cough medicine to give them that odd, listless look, which makes the babies more manageable and pathetic in appearance.

Check it out the next time some gypsy tries to grift you...look at the kid...

Or even better, point it out to the cops when they arrive after you call them

YEA? well (she) got me fired 3x, won't offer me a job, and has housing fro the green cards who vote for her.

selling greencards for votes i *thought* was illegal. hard to say in today's political environment.

check fx. law library. fx has it's own rules on hiring and housign green cards that are against the law in virginia law.

it's scott's law. they just do whatever they feel like here. that simply can't end up being a good thing.

The hideous taxation system in the state of Virginia and most other states is worse than any kind of panhandling. So get your heads out of your asses and 'see the light' of it. The taxes go to the fat cat high paid government officials for doing nothing all day, as well as getting funnelled into the rich peoples pockets. And what 'class' of society is taxed the hardest? The poor, that is who. So. What is worse? The taxation, that is for sure!

If you watch the video you'll see it's just a reflection of a white shirt on my passenger seat. You can also see the reflection of a can of Goya black beans. I tried to take a screen shot w/o the glare of the shirt but it's there the whole time.

I eat it for lunch. The Goya brand is nice b/c it has a pull top so you don't need a can opener to eat them. Plus the expiration date on them is 5 years unlike 2 years for Wegmans brand, etc. I have a large supply of beans and I usually keep a couple cans in my car for a snack etc..

If they are REAL Gypsies, they'll speak a language called Romany.

Ask them:

Are you a dilo? (dilo = fool)

Is this a budzho (budzho = scam or hustle)

Hey, do you think I'm a gadzhe? (gadzhe = nasty term for non-Gypsies used by Gypsies)

Ask them what "pena" and "prala" mean (pena = sister, prala = brother)

If they can't help with any of these then say

"te bisterdon tumare anava" = "may your names be forgotten"

Most people claiming to be Gypsies are just plain old scammers. I come from a place (Tadzhikistan) where they speak a similar language!

How about calling the property Manager for each shopping center and compalaining to them. Let not become Maryland were they are on every corner begging

You do not even know the proper definition of the word 'panhandling', you stupid shit!

Panhandling is when one or more person(s) initiates VERBAL contact, approaching another and requesting, precisely, $money$. Usually accompanied with an angle about how they are hungry, out of gas or something of the sort.

Now. Lets say. If I am standing on a street corner with, lets say, simply a Crucifix in my hand, not asking for money, and any given individual approaches me and hands me a dollar, that, technically, is not panhandling. That is the Amazing Grace of God!

And there are no laws, anywhere, against that! For, if there were, every church in this nation would have to be shut down! And they pass around Collection Plates during Sunday services, in which clearly is a request, just like a panhandler would, for money.

So, all the same. Are you saying all churches panhandle?

Under the Fairfax ordinance, they define the differences between the two. Where police could arrest pan-handlers due to "Mis-representation" of themselves as peddlers. (Saying they are homeless when in fact they are not. How did they get to the parking lot of Walmart? Guess what they drove there in their nice car). It's fraud plain and simple. For those who are really homeless, not a problem, I think its the fakers we all hate.

they're just as likely to stab you with a cursed gypsy knife as they are to fuck you, I hate to break it to ya. They only love money, no sense of morals in the Romani whatsoever, and they don't feel emotion in the strictest sense of the word, they have no shame, no desire to live beyond their thieving, voodoo magic ways.

I saw one white chic (in her 30s) with two kids yesterday at Fairfax Walmart yesterday... ...around 8 pm. She held a sign that said her husband left her and she was looking for a job and needed the money to feed her kids and buy clothes for interviews.

I bought some canned food for her kids and when I started walking away, she asked, "what about the clothes?" That ungrateful bitch! So I replied show me your pussy and I'll think about it. She lifted her skirt and I got a nice 5-10 seconds view of a hairy but trimmed pussy... ...oh, how I would have loved to rub it! I paid her $10 and drove away. I'm pretty sure I could have gotten her to suck me for $25.
