later they were ready to run him out of town on a rail over his plan to charge them for parking. It didn't matter if you were a Forest Ranger in Alaska and working in millions of acres of National Forest, you would have to pay for parking. How things changed so quickly.

It was really more of an observation. There seems to be a movement towards traditional conservatism right now. Christian morality appears to be an important part of that, and that is perfectly fine. I would say Cuccinelli is a poster child of this. I'd go so far as to say he strikes me as nearly Puritanical. I have no issues with faith in and of itself. I do take issue with it driving policy that could effect me, a point at which it becomes dangerous.
With regard to the cocksucking, I really won't be surprised.
