While in the State unemployment office off Cherokee this summer I witnessed a male illegal go up to a state employee and state he was an, "Alien." The male employee said, "Well, you don't look like any alien I have seen." The illegal said he was there to pick up his benefit check, the employee got his name and called a Hispanic female employee who brought the illegal a sealed envelope with his check inside.

I'm not sure but isn't this illegal?

Who should I report this to, if at all?

I'm sure you truly believe you heard him say "I'm an alien", if this scenario did, in fact, actually happen.

Unemployment is not taxpayer funded. The only way you can get it is by having paid into it via your employer.

If there's a "demand," why are there several dozen hanging out at Diversity Corners (Elden Street and Alabama Drive in Herndon) an any time during the day? Obviously there is no demand for their limited services.

They remain, even when there is no longer a demand for them, for the handouts. Apologists give them food; Reston Interfaith uses tax dollars to help them pay rent; and if they should land a day job, that covers their beer and cigarettes.

Also, there are plenty of Latinas willing to "give them pleasure" - some free some for a fee. If a child results, there is money to be made with that little anchor baby.

It is no secret that Fairfax County is a Sanctuary County and Herndon has reverted to the "look the other way" days. This has emboldened illegal aliens to demand benefits and services to which they are not entitled.

Earlier this week, a meeting was scheduled in Herndon to discuss the concern of the growing number of illegal aliens migrating to the town. Even though their Board representative (Supervisor Foust) was made aware of the meeting, he bowed out and made no effort to send someone from his office in his stead. As Foust's predecessor was equally uninterested in immigration concerns of the district, his absence was not unexpected and only reinforces Fairfax County's Pro Illegal Alien stand, regardless of how the voters feel.

well lets see...the economy is tanking and you see what you assume to be illegals hanging out..one, they might not be illegal...two, perhaps if they are illegal they are adjusting to the new economy....and will be leaving soon.
