Police: Man Films Girl in Tysons Changing Room
Suspect, 23, held without bond.

A man was arrested at Tysons Corner Center on Tuesday afternoon for allegedly filming a 15-year-old girl trying on clothes in the changing room of a clothing store.

Fairfax County Police responded to a call at around 12:50 p.m. July 23 about the incident. Police did not release in which store the crime occurred.

Jesus Bonilla-Treminio, 23, of Maryland, was arrested and charged with unlawful filming.

Bonilla-Treminio is being held without bond in the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, according to a spokesman from the center. His hearing is scheduled for Aug. 22.

Code Compliance will close the store while they investigate. The code says anti filming mechanisms have to be in place.
