Here's to you, Mrs. Honda CR-V dirving 25 mph on Rt 28 in evening rush hour!

Yes, I know you had a flat tire and had one of those small spares on the left rear of your vehicle. Did you know you can still maintain a normal operating speed even with the emergency spare? Yes, the thousand cars behind you appreciated the hazard lights and your arm gestures to wave people past but perhaps next time you will either speed up a bit or get a FUCKING LIFE so others can get home to their family and a hot dinner?

Yup. Southbound, about 2 miles north of Centreville on Rote 28 around 550pm.
