Reston Police Raid House in Bad Section After Crime Spree

Reston Police raided a house off Cocquina Ct last night. This is not far from the shooting on Monday. I wonder if they got the gunmen? Anybody know?

I figured most people would assume they were Fairfax County officers to start with.

Hey remember me from the other thread? Of course there is a police station in Reston. I know because I go by there quite a bit. So do yourself a favor and take your dumbass comments elsewhere maybe to the Spotsvania Underground if there is one.

FYI -

Fairfax County is divided into 8 police districts:

Fair Oaks, Franconia, Mason, McLean, Mount Vernon, Reston, Sully and West Springfield

I would say the worst crime distrcits are West Springfield, Franconia and Mount Vernon.

back on topic...i know a family who lives on the other side of glade from coquina and they heard gunshots at about 1:30am on tuesday night...could that be the same incident?

Yes, that was it exactly, it happened about around 1:30 and the SWAT team used some type of explosive to open the doors.

I think the shotgun round they use is tightly packed metal powder (zinc?) in a plastic casing.
The round hits with the impact of a solid metal slug but poses little danger to anyone behind the door.
