Two Injured in La Gata Food Truck Fire in Fairfax Co.
http://www.nbcwashington.com/news/local/Two-Injured-in-Food-Truck--215514821.html

The driver and passenger of a food truck were injured in a fire in Fairfax County Monday morning.

Fire crews were called to the intersection of Route 50 and Majestic Lane near the Greenbriar Town Center around 7 a.m. The fire scorched the roof of the La Gata food truck and appeared to have come from the back of the vehicle.

One person was transported to an area hospital via helicopter while the second was taken by ambulance. Both are said to have suffered injuries that are not life-threatening.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

And for those who don't speak Spanish, "La Gata" means "The Gata".

Pretty funny, I recently saw some Taco Truck toys at the store. In my day we had all kinds of sports cars, but these days little kids get to pretend they run a Taco Truck stand.

A burned out taco truck? Sounds like a great start to me...but someone should check with Trayvon Martin's family.

I'm curious to know if the insurance covers the cost of the lost meat, equipment, as well as the truck. How could the insurance company verify the loss?

The only way you can get reimbursed for a consumable on an insurance claim is to present a dated receipt for the purchase. And since this was an enterprise owned and operated by an illegal, brown savage mud person...you can safely assume there are no receipts. So, in this case the insurance company CAN'T verify the loss...

Insurance won't cover any of it because Mexicans don't but insurance, it is racist.

That's one way to sterilize the food preparation and service areas.
