what do you guys do around here?

so i just moved here from michigan and i thought it was boring over there. but honestly im not seeing much of a difference here either, what do you guys do around here for fun?


oh and im only 19 so keep the "good bars to go to" list to yourself. i will only get jealous. :0(

there's a lot of smoking to do around here, either "up" or "hookah", you could check out one the fine hookah bars in the area (they are 18+). O

Or go to a club. Most clubs are 18+ around here. Well they used to be anyway.

Well we have lots of beautiful parks here if you like biking or walking or running. We live near the mountains so go down 66 and climb Old Rag. Or head toward the beaches or the rivers. Take a kayak on the Occoquan River. Having fun is much more than just going to am bar.

May sound a bit parent-like but try going to college. Lots of single people your age group looking for something to do. At the same time, you can learn something so that when you get bored with the night life, you can earn a decent living.

Actually, Northern Virgnia Community College is has a simple application process and offers some practical courses. If you're looking to put a few credits under your belt, you can always start there.

Yeah NOVA isn't a bad school, you will meet alot of cool people and it has some of the best professors in the state of va that teach there.

Yeah, JigSAW isn't kidding. The professors at NOVA are usually even better at explaining and lecturing than the GMU professors.

Take it from a GMU student - don't go to GMU.

NOVA is a good school. Anyone who went there know Dr. Conroy?
I would recommend NOVA, especially if you haven't been in school for a while. It is a good place to get your footing before moving on to a four year university.
