On Thursday, February 19 detectives arrested Joshua Howard Michaels of 7432 Monona Terrace in Rockville, Maryland and charged him with indecent liberties with a child and use of communications systems to facilitate certain offenses involving children.
The charges were the result of an investigation that began in December 2008 when the mother of a 14-year-old Fairfax girl found disturbing documents on the home computer and notified the police. It is alleged that between September and December 2008 the 14-year-old victim was communicating electronically with Michaels. They exchanged e-mails, photographs and talked via web-cam. In those communications, Michaels is charged with providing and requesting sexually explicit photos.
The victim was not harmed. Michaels was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
Him and his wife just had their second baby on Feb 5th!

it seems like they condensed a lot of details (2 months worth) into a small amount of words that dont do it justice. what i want to know is what does "disturbing documents" really mean.

Disturbing documents could mean anything from saved explicit emails to naked pics. Anyway, I bet this bastard was looking at CP from that little girl when the party van rolled up and snatched him.
