Car Stolen by Force
A 52-year-old Reston woman was the victim of a carjacking at about 1:15 a.m. on Saturday, September 27. The woman was in a parking lot near the intersection of Dranesville Road and Leesburg Pike. She was standing next to her 2004 Toyota Corolla when an unknown man pushed her aside and took her car. She sustained minor injuries. The car was later discovered abandoned in Washington D.C.
The suspect was described as Hispanic, in his late 30s. He was about 5 feet 9 inches tall with short hair. He was wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans.
