Chantilly
Assault: An 11-year-old child was walking in the area when she was grabbed by an unknown male. The subject was described as Hispanic with dark hair (messy) and was wearing a dark hoodie and torn jeans. The child ran home to safety and did not require medical treatment. A perimeter was established and a search was conducted with the assistance of the Fairfax County Police Department. A Reverse 911 message was also sent to the immediate surrounding area. No suspect was located. The incident remains under investigation by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division.

We should reserve making a judgment until after they catch this pervert.
But ask yourself if honestly you would make a bet against it being an illegal immigrant. Why is that?

Parents have a false sense of security in South Riding. I live here and see kids out and about alone all the time. My kids are always with a buddy or two. Safety in numbers people!!!

I make assumption based on demographics of South Riding. Ess gringos en MacMansions. I assume the young enricher who attempted to destroy this child spends a lot of his time along Route 50 at the pupuseria and lives in those condos near the FFX County Parkway exit.

Right. And the powerful bankster led government tried really hard to get them out of the country. The biggest influx of immigrants was during Reagan (the 80's). Reagan made sure the labor unions died. That had nothing to do with the "libs". Once wages were cheap, the immigrants took the jobs because nobody else wanted them or could live on them. We had tremendous market growth during that time period and the conservatives were not complaining. Money was being made and that was what they cared about.
This sounds like a "psycho" crime anyway---not a financial crime. Mentally ill people come in all flavors.

Loudoun County, VA- Detectives with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office released a composite sketch today of a suspect involved in a July 2nd assault on Mink Meadows Street in South Riding, VA.
An 11-year-old girl told authorities she was walking home around 7:45PM, when she was grabbed by an unknown male in the 43600 block of Mink Meadows Street. The child ran home to safety and did not require medical treatment.
The suspect was described as Hispanic in his mid to late 20's, brownish green eyes, thick dark brown or black hair, 5'10" to 6' tall, with a normal build and a tan complexion. He was further described as having some facial freckles and two moles on his face. The first mole is flesh colored and is on/beside the suspect's left nostril. The second mole is dark and is at the suspect's hairline on the upper right side. He was also said to have a large nose. The suspect was wearing a black hoodie over a black t-shirt and baggy blue jeans at the time of the incident.
Loudoun County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the scene and a perimeter was established. A search of the area was conducted with the assistance of the Fairfax County Police Department. No suspect was located.
The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office continues to conduct directed patrol in this area and asks anyone who may know the identity of the suspect to call Detective P. Beaver of the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division at 703-777-0475. Residents are also encouraged to report any suspicious persons, vehicles or activity immediately, by calling the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Communications Center at 703-777-1021.
