For the record, it was an Alexandria Cop shot in Arlington. Glebe and 395 is Arlington, not Alexandria.

Correct, although the driver was spotted on 395 N while in Alexandria - apparently between Duke and Quaker Lane. I guess the erratic driving gave cause to believe a felony stop could be made...
