Chromed Camaro

What's the story? VA tags UAE-BZ. Looks tacky and probably belongs to some raghead with rich parents. Proves money can't buy taste. How soon before he offs himself trying to show off for his buddies in the back seat?

The "UAE" on his vanity plate refers to the United Arab Emirates, which is a very nasty place.

If you see this guy, yell IBN KALB ("son of a dog") or IBN SHARMUTA ("son of a whore") just to get a reaction. Maybe he'll floor it and run into a Fairfax administration building or something.

This is just plain gauche, but the guy probably thinks he is cool beyond cool to have a chrome car.

I dont think anyone is jealous over the slow and crappy government motors camaro. Have you been in one? The quality is complete crap. Ill admit the ZL1 is pretty quick, the SS (as seen above) is nothing special.

Is this a dealer option or custom? I ask because just yesterday someone was telling me about a silver car and was very clear about it being shiny silver in color and not gray silver like most. I kind of blew her off, but maybe this is what she saw.

I saw this car too, took a pic since I've never seen anything like it before. It looks tacky to be honest and looks like he had it Vinyl wrapped since you can see the lines from the layers of vinyl applied. its not real chrome at all and it's not dipped either.

It's not chrome. It's a multistage type of paint job sets up to look like chrome and then is topped up off with a layer of clear coat. Not cheap. Seen it done on the West Coast Customs Show.

Pretty simple. There are people in this world who didn't get enough attention as children from their parents. So they grow up into adults who crave it. We see this manifested on a daily basis: dopey cars like this, loud motorcycles, people open-carrying, Dane Bramage bragging that he goes to the gym (LOL), and so on. Nothing new. :-)

Is there a single motorhead on this site??? First of all, anything chrome is cool. This generation is so used to plastic bumpers wrapped around their cars that match the paint job that I'm not even sure if anyone here remembers chrome on cars. The Camaro, don't like it. The convertible in the commercial and the "Bieber" car someone posted, way cool.
It's like my crowd, we ride bikes. Just in case, no we don't pedal that's what we call motorcycles. One dude has a chrome frame, everything on the bike is chrome except for the leather seat and saddle bags...he even wears a chrome helmet with a strip of chrome spikes running down the center, then there's other guys with matte finishes, flashy paint jobs with neon lighting, all kinds of different stuff. They're all different and if you're a real car or motorcycle guy/gal, you'd appreciate the different, which I do.
Now, would I drive a chrome car, I doubt it, it only looks right on very specific models and IMHO, the Camaro isn't one of them. BTW, Magic(), those matte finished car pics are totally awesome, I've not seen that on the streets since the muscle car days when Dodge did it with black on certain models, if I remember right, the decked out hemi Challenger was one of them & they look really cool.

Didn't read every post in here, so not sure if it was mentioned.

The owner and the car lives at Camden Fairfax Corner. Car usually sits in the garage facing Random Hills Road/66.

Chromed Camaro got a new plate "UAE 1". Pic of driver eesh posted was about right.

Insert you're own comments on a license plate "UAE 1" in the USA below. I'm going to hold my tongue.

So you went back 4 months to find this thread so others can give you their opinions about a license plate? You are an idiot.

Check out this video. I'm really not even sure where to start commenting. The jihadi music, the fact that he's doing 170, or that he's paying attention to videoing the speedometer while doing 170 rather than looking at the road.

Purchased a new car at Farrish Jeep in Fairfax on Saturday, and that UAE douche nozzle pulled up in his chrome Camaro (with the aforementioned UAE plates that every one of those motherfuckers seems to have...) Fortunately I was on my way out of the parking lot when I saw him pull in. Probably there to buy an SRT8 Jeep or a new Viper and put a gold vinyl rap on it.

it could blind and oncoming driver

and it is improper to "signal airplanes with mirrors" unless there is an emergency

(it needs an overcoat to tone it down)

i have no question it's great for a car show

my question is how a Virginia License plat with inspection sticker got on it

it could be deadly - few know and by the time one knows someone will be dead
