Exposures in Falls Church
At 6:45 a.m. on Monday, September 15, a 14-year-old girl was the victim of an exposure. The JEB Stuart High School student was walking to school in the area of Patrick Henry Drive and Military Drive in Falls Church when a man approached from across the street. As she saw him approach, she paused her iPod. The man tapped her on the shoulder and engaged her in conversation. She provided short answers and proceeded to school. The man lowered his shorts and grabbed himself as she walked away. The suspect did not follow and there were no injuries.
The suspect was described as Hispanic, approximately 30 years old. He was about 5 feet 5 inches tall and 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a white T-shirt, navy blue shorts, and a white or gray baseball cap.
In a separate event, a 15-year-old JEB Stuart High School student was the victim of another exposure. She was in the area of Sleepy Hollow Road and Crooked Oak Lane at 6:40 a.m. when a man appeared from the town homes completely nude. The victim continued walking away from the apparently intoxicated man. She was not injured. He was described as Hispanic, in his 40s, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and 200 pounds. Police officers are in the process of trying to determine if these two incidents are related. Everyone is reminded that if you find yourself victim to this type of incident to please immediately report it to the police.
Indecent Exposure in Falls Church Area
A man reportedly exposed himself to two teenage girls on Thursday, September 18, in the 3300 block of Glenmore Drive. The Falls Church area girls, ages 15 and 16, were walking home from JEB Stuart High School when a man in a car attempted to get their attention. They turned around and saw the suspect exposing himself. The girls quickly turned and kept walking as the suspect drove away. They reported the incident to police on Friday, September 19.
The suspect was described as Hispanic, in his 30s or 40s. He had a heavy build and dark, bushy hair. He wore a light brown or tan T-shirt and blue pants. He was driving a beige sedan
