Posted this on the Arlington sub-forum a few weeks ago, nobody responded. I know Arlington is out of the county, but I'm still curious and would like to know.


What part of arlington is the worst, in terms of crime, drugs, and gangs?

Arlington.

South Arlington area is the shittiest.

Probably over in the Nauck neighborhood. Lots of colored folks.

Lyon Village. Vigilantes roam the streets seeking to eliminate people who build new houses too close to the property line. Total mayhem.

South Arlington,mainly the Nauck and Douglass Park areas are the shittiest,if you consider paying $400-$450,000 for a home instead of $1 million shitty.

I used to take martial arts classes at a community center in Nauck.
The students were mostly white with a few Asians too. One night right
in the middle of a class two drunk thugs came in and wanted to start
a fight. Three of Black Belt instructors took them down in nothing

South Arlington could be considered "Edgy"...or "Borderline"..or even "Ghetto" - all terms used by yuppie liberal white's to mean Black or Latino areas.

These hipsters and trendy whites are so brainwashed by political correctness, that they use these terms like "borderline" , to describe a place where they might NOT have rainbow flags, 10 coffee shops, oxygen bars, craft beer stores, yoga studios .. you get my drift.

"Ghetto" is just their term for latin or black, without just saying the actual terms.

So yeah the truth is, there are no real dangerous parts of Arlington. If you fear or dislike Hispanics (but would never admit it) then don't go to South Arlington. To me, I'll take my chances there while you fools keep voting for guys like Obam and recede further into your bubbles of white guilt.

South Arlington is shitty and crime-ridden? Hilarious. I lived in Douglas Park for years. No significant crime, but there ARE people with dark skin roaming around, so better stay in Fairfax if that bothers you.

The crappiest area of Arlington is Tyroll Hill, which is the area that abuts Fairfax county along S. Carlin Springs Rd. near Baileys' Crossroads

Yeah that Baileys cross road area has like some shitty immigrant shops, is crowded and has odd smells coming out of said immigrant food stores...

But "Dangerous" ? I mean if you've ever seen dangerous you all would know that there is no real danger there, at least not of the traditional sort.

The most danger you'll find is an Asian woman driving a big SUV over the top of you. I'm not kidding, that is a serious threat all over the Metro area.

South Arlington is definitely crap. It's amazing to see people trying to sell these run down pieces of shit in crap neighborhoods for nearly $1M. A lot of the places are complete abominations.

Nothing In Arlington to buy is cheap!

This is easy. N. Courthouse rd. When I bought my house in Maywood in 1985, I was paying $900 a year in taxes. Now, the taxe rate is $7500 per yer. Same house. Same yard. Less service's, double plus water bill's and elitist nosy fucks wanting to tell me what color my dog house is by committee. By my calculations, the county board has cost me has cost me $125,000 dollars over the last 25 years. Yet you can get money for housing, food, free medical if you are here illegally. So if you're walking up court house rd past the board's Taj Mahal, watch your wallet. Your in for the longest, most painful mugging of your life. It's good to be a government employee under the democ rats.

Anything south of Columbia Pike is an enter at your own risk area and between Columbia Pike and Arlington Boulevard is an iffy proposition.

I'm sure you would rather be paying $500 a year in property taxes out west, but you can't forget your dumbass is now sitting on almost a million dollars. Your mid west brethren would be lucky to get $40k for their double wides sittin' on an acre.
