It is when you have an expired tag or registration. Not sure why it states "altered or fictitious". Unless that is what you did? I know that when I received a ticket for my tags being expired, this web-site stated I had that but the FFX county court web-site stated the fact....expired tag or registration.

Altered or ficticious would be if you had a sticker on your plate that didn't belong on it. Example - if the tags expired in Aug 08 and you had Aug 09 displayed, that is altered/ficticious.

That is not true at all....
I had a sticker that was example...7/08 and it was 8/08 and this web-site states it was altered or ficticious and I did neither. I had an expired sticker.

Ok.
Than why does FFU have that type of charge come up when that is not what is on the actual ticket or what the actual charge was?
Is that not a "ficticious" act in itself?

Not sure, but do a search for expired and they come up also
