Jiffy Lube Live Wheelchair Access

I have never been to this pavilion, and need some info please. Have been trying to get in touch with someone there, but can't get a live body and no one returns calls. I am trying to gift 3 lawn tickets to friends. One is in a wheelchair with limited ability to stand and walk. I did not plan on doing this when I ordered the megatickets, and so did not request handicap access tickets. Can someone please tell me if this venue is fairly wheelchair friendly and, especially, if the lawn will be ok (assuming no rain)?

If anyone knows of any tricks to getting in touch with someone at the pavilion, I would really appreciate it.

Please, no silly responses. Thank you.

By law, the venue needs to have at least the minimal standards for handicap access. This means you have to trust Jiffy Lube with conforming to said standards. Hell, I wouldn't trust Jiffy Lube with my car. That said, I recommend you fly in like Damon Wayan's character Handiman to avoid any embarrassing encounters.

Whose performance will you be rolling into that evening?

Yes, they have to be ADA compliant, but the livenation website also says that you need to request special tickets when you purchase. So, I'm not sure what happens in case like this. Concert is Brad Paisley.

They will probably put your friend in the handisection. Which will separate him/her from they rest of the gang. Probably better that way because wheelchairs are the ultimate clock block anyway.

The lawn is not wheelchair friendly. The spots for them are under the cover in the back of one of the section's in the 200's I think.

Speaking as a normal person, even I'm offended at the callousness and assholeness of this comment.

Virginia in general and Fairfax in particular are not friendly to the disabled.
