It was the School Board that nixed the idea. Dale stated that he thought the rally would be educational for the students.

I don't know Dale's political affiliation but I'd bet he is a Democrat....he serves at the pleasure of a Democrat body (school board). If he is a Democrat, then his approval of the rally is refreshingly non-partisan.

No rap on Jack this time!
