Does anyone know what the restaurant or what the building is in C'ville at the intersection of RT 28 and RT 29?

I don't know, but it is kind of cool in an odd sort of way. I wasn't sure if it is going to be a restaurant or some other kind of building.

I had originally heard that it was going to be a restaurant, but yesterday I heard from a friend who knew one of the contractors that it is going to be an Asian office building.
