Two teenage boys with boat capsized in Pohick Bay, fishing line wrapped around ones leg and he went under. The other teenager rescued and did chest thrusts and ran a mile to get help. Both boys alive because of this. Amazing. Helicopter landed and took the boy to Fairfax.

The result could have been far worse because of boathouse staff present at the scene being unsure of what to do. One of us urged them to call 911 for help. Another few minutes and this young kid would have been a goner.
