High School Football in NOVA

Top teams in NOVA for the 2013 season
Centreville - Had a young team last year and did well, may be the team to beat this year.
Yorktown - Has the second best player in the area, could surprise alot of teams
Westfield - will coaching turnover help or hurt them. Always has a great regular season, but falls in the playoffs
West Potomac - Has the best player in the area, will go as far as he takes them
Robinson - New coach could make things interesting, look for them to be in the race at the end of the year
South County - Always tough on defense, will they have any offense to compliment?
Oakton - Surprise team from last year, can they make another run?
Lake Braddock - Has a QB, but couldn't beat the top Concord teams last year. Will it be the same this year?
Centreville - Had a young team last year and did well, may be the team to beat this year.

i always assume people who give a shit about football in nova tend to be from texas. i mean who gives a shit other than maybe the kids? why should parents care? as if nova has any talent to produce an nfl player.

As a Concorde fan, I think Chantilly should also be mentioned. They lose a lot, but return a lot as well. They will be tough. Plus, they have to be better without that douche, Sonny Romine, right?

Same as most years, you'll have the 5 Concorde teams and Stone Bridge who are at the top. Aside from that West Potomac, Lake Braddock, and Yorktown will be good.
Robinson *Meier may ride a lot of Coach Taylor's work and the timing was calculated, but this guy is a proven winner, the boys respond well to him, and he will have Robinson contending for a region title next year.
Centreville and Westfield: both had young, very strong teams last year. They could be heading for another region title fight.
Chantilly has quite the running game coming back next year. Should be able to beat anyone on a given night, I would have them as 4th in the district, but 4th in the district can win the region (ie. Oakton last year)

Stone Bridge: loses two super stars, but it seems they reload every year. In a weak district they'll continue to dominate, probably get their doors blown off in a state final like usual though.
