Drug Charges for Teens at Lake Anne
Three arrested near Lake Anne Plaza.

Fairfax County Police arrested three teenagers when drugs were found in their car at Lake Anne Plaza last weekend.

Police said they approached a car in the parking lot about 10 p.m. Saturday. Following an investigation, several charges were made.

Tram Hoang, 18, of Vienna, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a schedule II narcotic. Jessica Shin, 18, of McLean, and Kiana Ragland, 18, of Falls Church, were each charged with possession of marijuana.

LARCENIES:

900 block of Locust Street, electronic device from school

11800 block of Market Street, jewelry from business

11900 block of Sentinel Point Court, wallet from vehicle

12800 block of Williams Meadow Court, license plate from vehicle



Information provided by Fairfax County Police. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Northgate near Lake Anne is pretty bad but Lake Anne itself is totally fine. Southgate, Winterthur and Shadowood are all bad and since they are at least as bad. However, since those three complexes are in close proximity, that area is South Preston is much worse. I would a o ovoid some of those trails at certain times of day especially that tunnel from Southgate that runs underneath Preston Pkwy.

sorry, i wrote that on the train so all my shit got munged and autocorrected. here's a re-write:

Fair enough, I see where you're coming from. Case in point, stay away from low-income housing in Reston.
