Did anyone know Chipotle's major investor used to be McDonald's? (until 2006)

Also, based on the nutrition guides provided by the company, a standard burrito can contain more than 1000 calories, 40 grams of fat, and 2400mg of sodium. Wow! (source: chipotle.com nutrition info, notice how they list all the nutrition info broken down into each of the ingredients, now all of it in one meal....tricky!)
