FCPD "No Quota" Time Again

We are in the last few days of the month, and I am seeing an increase in police activity as with every other end-of-month time so be careful.

Get this one... yesterday afternoon they had tons of cars pulled over up and down Machen in Centreville near the library. They had four or five officers there pulling people for expired inspection stickers and plates. I hope that goes a long way toward preventing BB gun and machete attacks one mile away.
