Parking ticket problem

I was given a parking ticket today and I went to the website and it won't let me paid it. why is that? and Why is the POBOX in Rockville, Md?

The ticket might be to new to be listed, and might be for a car you sold.

Wrong! Try again tomorrow. The payment systems usually are not updated until after midnight!

It was on the system the next day paid them them, didn't have a problem with them. BYW I was just being lazy and it was rainig that why I had to pay the ticket .

Mohammed, why weren’t you using your flying carpet? It’s much more efficient, uses less gas, and gets you through traffic with zero mess with the police.

I have a good sense of Humor. I can't use the flying carpet because the TSA Will ground me and shot me.
