Hot Damn! I'm gonna sign up for welfare, food stamps, and ADC now!
Looks like we'll all be living in a homeless shelter very soon.
Why even the illegals will be moving to Loudon just to be able to
say they live with the rich folks. I've even got an old junk SUV to
put on concrete blocks in the driveway.

Loudoun isn't that far, especially given the toll road is relatively traffic free on most days compared to I-66 and 495. Loudoun has more prestige as being a renowned equestrian center as well as a decent selection of wineries. More multi-million dollar estate homes with multi-acres of land. You can't say that about Fairfax. Their idea of estate homes is on a 1/4th of an acre with 10 feet between houses.

SHOCKER! it's called White Flight, happened in Chicago and NY. Fairfax County is the next Prince George County.

Loudoun County is too far out.
Too much time on the road to and from work.
Less time with the family (unless you want less time from the family), then that's okay.
Lot's of short cuts in Fairfax.
I can get around any traffic jam in the mornings or evenings. Only the locals know them.

Right on, PG.

Loudounites are going to need that extra money to drive their SUV to their jobs in Fairfax County.

Falling gas prices are just pre-election pablum for the masses. Look for it shoot back up to over $4, and probably $5 a gallon next year.
