They need to go look over in the Meadows Condos (not too far away). That is where a lot of the "locusts" like to live. That and the area around the library where they stand for work.
They are getting desperate, not too much work for them these days=no money to get their usual senorita and coronas to let off some steam=they go out and committ crimes like these just to get beer money and be entertained and sell the goods to be able to send money back to their fat wife and 5 kids in whatever south american country (you know she's mad she didn't get her western union this week!)

Living in Bent Tree, I have to say that this place has totally changed since 2005. I'm HISPANIC and its very disgusting/totally ignorant to read when people point fingers at hispanics being a possible suspect. Not all hispanics are the same.
Scary situation and I dont feel safe here anymore. I used to go for walks at night, but not anymore after this. This place is a very nice, expensive, maintenance & mgt keep this place very clean, & great neighborhood apt community, but no longer safe. Too much happens here lately. I hope they catch the suspect or suspects.

The reason western fairfax is attracting low income people is because Alexandria, arlington and some areas of fairfax near the beltway are displacing those residents and they are going towards cheaper areas. there will be a point where alexandria's tc williams will be the rich school and westfield will be full of low income people.

I use to live over in the Mt. Vernon area back in the late 70's through mid 90's. That area was very good and wealthy back up until probably 1990. Now that entire area is sesspool!!!!! RT. 1 is a joke along with that entire area!!!

Our views on illegal immigrants aside....I sincerely hope the lady that got attacked can find peace. I also hope she strongly considers an ADT system or the like, and to make sure to deadbolt her doors. A dog would help too-or put up motion detectors and cameras.
I won't even go there with the gun or we will have a 10 page thread on our hands LOL. IMO, she would be good with a small pistol locked in her nightstand and get lessons on how to use it...or at least a Taser/stun gun.

US cities are going through the european mentality. Smaller the better. Closer to the city the better. thats why Arlington and Alexandria are shedding the low income and buildind expensive condos everywhere. before the whealthiest lived in the suburbs where they had their mcmansions. not any more. Mcmansion are equivalent to a nice condo in alexandria and arlington now. Whats funny is alexandria and arlington say they will keep their affordable housing and section 8 residents but thats is bunch of bull****. Lawmakers want tax money from the expensive condos and townhouses to beef up their pay.

Who said she was raped?? It said she was "sexually assaulted". Sexually assaulted covers a wide range of things. Being overly PC these days the police and media do not say rape anymore and everything now is just "sexually assaulted".
Also how do you know she did not have a gun? Maybe she did. Maybe she did use it but did not shoot the dumb fuck because he ran away before she could shoot his ass. Just saying maybe. Maybe we will never know for sure as the police would never tell you if she had a gun or not. Just maybe.
