I actually saw two the other night going to Manassas, but our cell phones suck and couldnt get a good pic even though we were riding the people's asses.
One was some fat white woman whose license plate was "FQ SHYZL" or something like that ((Fo Shizzle))
and the other was some bearded white dude whose said "OH SH4PS"

Aparently there was a problem with his ID-10-T cable when transferring the photo from his camera to his PC. Or, PEBKAC, problem exists between keyboard and chair.

Just like license plates the FCC issues obnoxious callsigns to licensed radio operators. For a fee, you can opt to obtain a "vanity" callsign - if it s available.

I didnt have my phone on me to take pics, but in Vienna I saw some jackass driving around whose license plate was "IH8D50" (I hate the 5-0) and Im pretty sure he NEVER gets warnings haha.
On Norfolk Naval Base, there's a guy whose plate is "TOO EARLY" or something of that nature (husband saw it).

Just a couple days ago I saw a young kid in a beat up BMW coupe. The license plate read "Yung CEO". I think his company may have failed, taking into consideration the condition of his car.

No it's not ok to only have one plate. You will get fined for only having one on your car. Get the necessary bracket.

No, you can plead twice in Virginia or any other state as far as I know.
