I passed a car parked on the shoulder of Ox Rd near Burke Centre Pkwy yesterday and the whole front end was smashed in like it had rear-ended somebody or hit something. The license plate was "GD DRVR" .. Wish I'd had my camera with me. Thought it was funny, tho.

DMV took it away after a few years, but I had "NO TAG" on my personalized license plate.
That plate saved me a lot of money. DC cops and meter maids would write "no tag" in the license plate section of the parking ticket. Those tickets couldn'nt be traced to me....because the dumbasses downtown thought that it meant there were no tags on the car.

HAMs that talk to other country's like the short calls like that so they request them. They get through the BS better with s shorter callsign.

I didnt have my phone on me to take pics, but in Vienna I saw some jackass driving around whose license plate was "IH8D50" (I hate the 5-0) and Im pretty sure he NEVER gets warnings haha.

I have a picture somewhere but it was "MAHNOOR" or something like that. I figured maybe it was some dude that owned a landscaping company until I passed and saw that it was some old Pakistanian dude with either his family name or some other Pakistanian or Indian reference. I just thought it funny that he probably didn't know that 9/10 people think he's advertising for cow crap.

Also I moved to Cali, unfortunately they wouldn't let me get the same plates here. :(

Yesterday I saw one that read "BLKPRL" and it took me a few minutes to figgure out. I didnt get it till I noticed the plate was one of the Jamestown editions with the boat on it and the back window had a skull and crossbones sticker. Black Pearl, from Pirates of the Caribbean. I laughed at them SO hard.

European countries don't allow personalized plates the way we do here and the pattern of letters and numbers is usually fairly regimented, so people try to interpret the numbers as being close to letters (for example, "8" is usually considered close to "B") if they're trying to find something funny on a plate. People sometimes buy and sell plate numbers, sometimes for a lot of money, if a combination is particularly good.

I got a hot pipe in my fuckin hand and they pulled me over.and they asked if I had any drugs.they pulled me over because my license plate said Da Plug and they said that that means I'm a drug dealer.but I smoke dope.I only sell a little.but they searched and didn't find anything so he said I was as free to go.so I put it in drive and floored it.but I ran a red light and hit a smart car ckuzz I was still Rollin the bolo.and I was so high.I smoked a little more IN THE CAR and then ran.I later figured out that a family of four died in that car crash.and they were given no justice.fuck it.at least I can still smoke dope erryday;)
