Welcome to Fairfax Underground, a project site designed to improve communication among residents of Fairfax County, VA. Feel free to post anything Northern Virginia residents would find interesting.
Could someone answer my question please.. How is it possible to be charged with driving on a revoked license without knowing you were revoked can it be? I recently got pulled over and found out and got a ticket for it... dmv never told me anything exept that it will be suspended if I didn't take an improvement class by the 9th og august which I had already completed.
Get your license straight prior to Court, and most of the time the case is dismissed. On occassion it will be reduced to NO OL. You don't need an attorney

In order for the same kind of thing to be revisited upon anyone else, two things would need to occur:
1) Someone would have to be stupid enough to post their first and last name; and
2) That same person would have to be in the arrest record.

This has all the markings of a revenge post meant to bring attention to the guy.
1) First post using a real name
2) Posted long after the event occurred
3) Dates are strange (He was suppose to take a course by the 9th and gets the ticket on the 9th? What? Cops had the guy under surveillance, waiting outside in the parking lot?)

Actually it is for that exact reason that I have stopped posting addresses when I quote the arrest record. I'll leave city and state, but I remove street and house number.

No. The guy posting his real name on here was unnecessary.

This reminds me of the real estate broker from Stafford who posted on here with his real name to complain about illegal immigrants. We tracked down his cell number which was also used in a Craigs List ad to advertise for illegal immigrants to paint houses quickly and cheaply. That guy didn't last on here very long either.

It appears the poster may have inadvertently used his own e-mail address when posting the guy's name. It doesn't correlate to the name used.
