Welcome to Fairfax Underground, a project site designed to improve communication among residents of Fairfax County, VA. Feel free to post anything Northern Virginia residents would find interesting.
I have been told that RD offenses only go on your driving record and not your criminal one.
But I was wondering if they use it for criminal sentencing purposes. That is, if you get a charge like disorderly conduct, would the RD offense make it not your first offense, and more likely for you to go to jail.
I used to run a lot of background checks, and most people have someting on them. You don't have to be doing anything wrong in order to get in trouble with the cops. It's a matter of finding a good lawyer and moslty being lucky.
If you haven't been busted for something for doing absolutely nothing wrong, then you may not understand. Word to the wise is keep your record clean at all costs. Pay lawyers, avoid assholes, take crap off of people that you shouldn't, and just stay lucky.
