For some scofflaws, being captured by America isn't enough. Police say alleged cop assailant and con man Robert Falkner was arrested thanks to AMW viewer tips in January 2008, becoming AMW Capture #973, but skipped bond and was nowhere to be found until your tips took him down for the second time. Falkner was taken in on Sept. 20 after a tipster led the U.S. Marshals to the Arlington, Va. hotel where he was staying, making him AMW Capture #1036 as well

They list his race as black, but he looks Pacific Islander, which explains why he gets away with using his aliases.

I haven't heard anything about this in the local news, but I'm curious now after reading the links. Being an educated voter I do read the random posts about the Sheriff's office on hear, with a dose of salt mid you.

Somebody should'a told the FCSD deputies that the felon was in need of medical care. Then instead of letting him slip away they might have beaten and tazered him to death like they did Narasha.
