car driving erratically on Braddock Rd. going westbound. he was weaving in and out squeezing thru traffic. he had Virginia plates Tag number= PUELLA

between Little River and all the way pass Backlick rd when i saw him. It happen around 2:30 when the school lights were flashing and everything and he was flying down the road.

Was the car a red Toyota Camry? I didn't catch the license plate, but I saw at a red light that it was a woman and she was texting! She almost hit two cars and bounced up on the median, kicking up all kinds of dirt. By this time she was at Braddock and Burke Lake some time after 3 PM.

Just call the cops. You have the license plate. I hear on my scanner lots of erratic drivers they check out. Could be drunk or texting either way it's dangerous.
