Big Lots

The few times I had been in that parking lot it had been Bloom's. THe drivers scared the crap out of me, most were driving pieces of shit apparently with their eyes closed and after getting nearly hit each time I went and deciding I hated Blooms anyway I have not been back. Is it worth risking my car to go to Big Lots? Besides being smaller and not having groceries, it is similar to Wal Mart?

First of all, Walmart and Big Lots. That alone explains the traffic issues.

As for Big Lots, the place is ghetto as all hell. The fact that there's one in Fairfax County, along with so many new title loan places, is proof positive of this areas decline.

That is part of the reason I hate going there and go to KMart is because of that awful and very strange windy dangerous parking lot. I wish it went straight through and not turn that is where it turns dangerous. Now that KMart is closing I guess I don't have much choice. I like Big Lots.

Pretty much what Stabitha said, the scary customers are enough to avoid. However, the last time I went in one, there was mostly household goods. And not even good ones, but shitty quality ones that were cheap in price, and had a short service life.

Big Lots sells overstock crap and crap that doesn't sell in normal stores. It is cheap junk that couldn't be sold for full price. Think of it as right between a dollar store and Wal-Mart. I have seen some weird shit in there that somebody, at one time, thought it was a good idea to manufacture and try to sell.

It is kind of like TJ Maxx or Marshalls where undersold and knockoff clothes are sold.

I found that it is a great place to pick up those hooks/pegs that you can use in the perforated wall panels.
