Specifically he's comparing unborn black babies to black babies born to slavery. Cuccinelli is just getting warmed up though. More to come, stay tuned.

An amuse bouche for when Rand Paul runs for president in 2016 and people find out the crazy shit he believes in too. What I dont understand is how Jon Stewart pays these guys to continue to be this stupid in public without violating contribution limits. Lady hes puttin my kids through college!
