Fairfax County Should Mandate Students Wear School Uniforms

I was walking down the street muddling over a big safety issue when this great idea hit me - School Uniforms!

It's a surefire way to guarantee that everybody stops when those school bus lights are flashing and that drivers stop and give way to kids in the crosswalk.
