My advice is to check local gun stores for ammo. You can still find small quantities here and there, but there's usually a 3-5 box limit per person.

There have been rumors that places like Walmart and Dicks are actually holding back their supply and not re-stocking the shelves.

I just got my April American Rifleman magazine today, judging by the cover, the gloves are off. Im waiting to hear from the current administration that the shortage of .22 ammo is due to military contracts supplying overseas military operations.
