Robinson has a short list of coaches that they want to hire.. however the decision will not be made until a new principal is selected. The list consists of..

1) Chris Haddock - (Centreville Head Coach)
2) Marc Mathie - (Centreville Defensive Coordinator)
3) Scott Vossler - (Robinson's D-Line coach and Head JV Coach)

Extra Notes** They REALLY won't Chris Haddock but that doesn't seem very likely. Why would Haddock leave the Head Coaching job at Centreville where he has already built a very strong program. The most like hire would be Marc Matthie. I'm sure he would LOVE to run his own program. P.s. This hire would make him the FIRST African American Head Coach in the history of the Concorde District.

The leading candidate is not listed. Once Dan Meier retires from being the principal he will be named head coach. Haddock is out. Mathie and Vossler are plans B and C.

Matthie pulled his name. Vossler pulled his name from West Springfield because Meier told him that he was the guy.

Ms. King was turned down by the county. That is why the job was reopened. They will name an interim principal from in the building to get them through the end of the year.

Vossler will be hired as a puppet because the new O coordinator will be Dan Meier (the real head coach ).

Why all the talk about Mattie?? I thought he wanted to work at Centreville.

Are you sure Matthie has removed his name? I'm hearing he's still the leading candidate if Meier is unable to become the coach due to Fairfax county rules.

So what you are saying is: The only way we can have a Black Head Coach west of Route 1 is if he plays well in Master's House.
