Police have charged a 25-year-old Fairfax-area man for sexually assaulting a 1-year-old child. At 6:50 a.m. on Sunday, July 27, officers responded to Inova Fairfax Hospital for the assault. An investigation determined the assault occurred earlier in the morning at the banquet hall facility of the Annandale Boys and Girls Club, located at 6728 Industrial Road.
The victim’s parents were cleaning up after a late-night party to celebrate the victim’s Christening. They left their sleeping child in the care of several family members in the same party room. One of those family members found the victim crying in the hands of an unknown man and took the child from him. The victim’s mother checked on her child and discovered her injuries. The parents immediately took her to the hospital for treatment.
Further investigation led to the arrest of Juan Miguel Sejas Castellon, of 3894 Bradwater Drive. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and charged with one count of animate object penetration and one count of abducting an infant child with the intent to defile.

City of Fairfax and 2 different last names on owners plus this one is also different. Could he be a sole or multiple tenant? The washington Post said that Virginia now requires reporting on immigration status of anyone in jail.

No, but it is a proven statistic that more illegal immigrants break the law then citizens/permanent residents. Maybe it's due to a less likely posibility of them getting caught and prosecuted or low paying jobs that contribute to the lack of income causing theft and vandalism.
