explosion in the distance - Franconia

Was just sitting here in the La-Z-Boy with my laptop and heard the distinct low frequency sound of an explosion in the distance. Happened at 2:10pm according to my laptop clock.
Happened a couple of times last year, I think that time the FU crew figured out it was from Quantico.
Would be unusual to hear the Marines blowing shit up this far away but I've noticed that sounds seem to travel farther when the sky is overcast. If you told me it was blasting taking place at one of the many construction sites around here I'd believe it.

A local contractor has been hiring illegals and then murdering them at the end of the job to avoid paying them. He was planting explosives to the bodies of the illegals to ensure they could never be identified. FCPD got a tip that the bodies were buried at that location, the contractor was actively blowing up illegals when they arrived.
