What a great post. I worked at a Valle’s Steak House in suburban Boston from 1974-1980; part time during the school year, full time in the Summer. Started as dishwasher, did prep work for the chef, ended up working the service bar.
My wife noticed there wasn’t a Wikipedia article on Valle’s and she challenged me to create one. So I have. Three, in fact:
